We've been there too
It feels like you've literally tried it all. The diets, the juices, macros. You're eating clean but no results. Training hard but little progress. In a deficit... but no fat loss.
Let's be real, the constant food fear and restriction is ruining your relationship with food.
Tracking is getting obsessive. Training is taking away from your social life... and for what? Mediocre results, if any?
Worst of all, you can literally FEEL your internal health dwindle as we speak.
I was about ready to give up too... Until I learned how to approach health & fitness differently.
Getting results isn't luck. We're here to show you how.
It feels impossible
I know you've seen the of transformations where women are eating 2000+ cal daily. Where they've finally lost the stubborn 10-20lbs you've lost and gained over and over. And you can't help but question why it isn't working for you.
What I do know... is there IS a world where you can
- Build the body of your dreams and KEEP it without obsessively thinking about it
- Eat out without having to save calories for the end of the day
- Live your LIFE without the constant anxiety that you're not doing enough or fear that you're losing progress
- Have a dessert every night while easily losing body fat
- Take more than a day off from the gym and STILL see progress
- Finish a meal without insane bloating and discomfort
- Enjoy food without guilt or fear that you'll gain weight
- Wake up feeling rested & energized rather than sluggish & frail
The problem is
You want it so bad you're willing to do ANYTHING.
But you go so hard you end up burnt out before you really get anywhere. The vicious cycle repeats.
You can't get away from the constant cardio and tracking or you'll spiral even more.
You've done your research, you're trying to learn but every time you do, you leave feeling more confused than ever.
We know what it feels to be so scared of the weight jumping up that you completely change your plan. Back to a deficit you go.
You're stuck between a rock and a hard place & you're ready to get the heck out!!!
Clients having their first bagel at our team retreat after YEARS of restriction
That's exactly why I created FreelyFit.
So I could make sure women never had to feel the way I did when I started my own health journey. So that you too, can look and feel your absolute best, long term and restriction free.
"This is the best form of self care I could have ever given myself"
Just before starting coaching Vanessa had sat her mom down concerned about how bad her relationship with food had gotten. She was turning down social events in fear of what foods might be there. She was exhausting her body with exercise, under eating & knew she needed to change. Over the last year we've had the privilege of watching Vanessa not only heal her own relationship with health and fitness, but become an incredible member of our community supporting other women to do the same. Listen as she tells you her experience working with FreelyFit.
"I realized that I couldn't just sit and wait around for things to happen"
When Grace & I were messaging back and forth, it was clear she really cared about making change. She had never worked out consistently, she didn't know how to train, wasn't eating enough & was finally ready to give herself a real chance at success. Since then, Grace has become and absolute baddie in the weights, she's eating more than ever and currently prepping for her second cut. Let her tell you about how far she's come since joining the team!
What if you looked in the mirror and THIS is how you felt
And after eating, you felt like THIS

"I'm not sure I'm capable" turned bloat free baddie
We know what it's like to feel like your body is against you. Like maybe the fit healthy lifestyle isn't in the cards for you. Olivia felt the same. She's an overnight nurse, working long hours, PCOS, limited time & running off fumes.
When she applied, she said "The number thing that is stopping me from reaching my fitness goals is motivation to do it and the mentality to believe that I am capable of achieving my fitness goals."
It's wild to read this with you because she has been NOTHING BUT SUCCESSFUL for over a year.
We've gone through a break up, cross country move, job changes & a whole lotta LIFE together but not one time did that ever stop her from reaching her goals.
She's eating 1200+ cal more PER DAY, following a 3 day structured training split and her progress speaks volumes.
Best part? We haven't even entered a fat loss phase yet!!!
Balancing work, a masters program & motherhood while dropping over 20lbs.
Jasmine came in feeling frustrated with not making progress and ready to find what actually worked for her. She’s a mom, works full time and was going to school getting her masters. She really wanted to find balance, build confidence, lose body fat, improve her relationship with food and not feel guilty around food overall. A year later and we did just that with increasing her intake almost 400 cals, going through a fat loss phase and having routines that give her time with her family & school. She’s down 20+lbs and inches taken off around her waist, arms and legs!
Food fear to food freedom
Like many women, Madi came into our program struggling with fear around food & weight gain. Disordered eating had led to losing her period & her social life was sacrificed for physical results. While her goal was to build muscle, she was constantly fighting the fear of getting bigger.
She’s now eating 700+ more calories a day, finally getting to enjoy her life outside of the gym and her appearance. She goes out to eat with friends, tries new foods every week, and takes fully untracked meals.
We've really put the "less is more" approach to the test and the results speak for themself.
It’s been a hard and long road but Madi is the definition of a hard worker.

MEET THE COACHES
Coach Avery, CEO & Founder
Certified nutrition coach, personal trainer & pre and post natal coach
Hey! I'm Coach Ave.
Back in 2015, as I headed off to college, I set out to redefine my relationship with my body. Fed up with feeling uncomfortable and desperate for change, I dove headfirst into the world of fitness. Let me tell you, it wasn't a smooth ride. It took me years of trial and error to build the body I had always dreamed of, rebalance my hormones, and create a lifestyle I could truly be proud of. Along the way, I faced frustration, confusion, and unfortunately caused more harm than good to my body and quality of life — a struggle I see far too often in other women.
Determined to spare you the same struggles, I made it my mission to condense time, minimize frustration, and eliminate confusion by empowering you with the knowledge and confidence I wish I had when I started.
Over the past four years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of women just like you to heal their relationship with food, exercise, and body image, while achieving results that stand the test of time. Because let's face it, if you're investing time, effort, and money into your health, those results should last a lifetime.
I am so glad you’re here, I can’t wait to get started.
Coach Kaela, Head Coach
Certified Online Health and Fitness Coach
Hi everyone, I’m Coach Kae!
I’ve been “in the gym” for 10 years now, and truly don’t know when my love for health & fitness really started. It feels like my journey started when I was 9 & stepped foot on a softball field, then again when I was 13 & had my first experience with strength training, and again when I started going to a gym by myself at 17, and again when I was 25 & navigated unintentional weight gain for the first time in my life.. Or maybe now, at 27, while I wholeheartedly accept my body.
My point is.. My fitness journey has many defining points, and many moments where I’ve struggled with my body image & relationship with myself. I’ve been both 120lbs and 168lbs. I’ve been both super comfortable in my skin and uncomfortable to the point where I wish I could shed my layers. I’ve wanted to get as small as possible. I’ve wanted to get as strong as possible. Lots of time spent being unsure of what to do, what to eat, what my goals even were.. And I’m sure you’ve been in that position too, especially if you’re here, reading this.
But I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything – because they’ve shaped how I coach. They’ve influenced why I coach. Helping you navigate the sticky moments, beat the self sabotage (for good!), and become a self that you’re proud of is an honor that we don’t take lightly. We want you to wake up every day with the self confidence that tells you you’re capable of achieving the best relationship with food, exercise, and yourself you’ve ever had. We want you to recognize that you don’t need to spend years spinning your wheels trying to figure it all out – we’re here to support, guide and educate.
If that sounds like it’s up your alley.. You know what to do 🤍

Hi!! I'm coach Ciera.
In 2014 I joined the gym, because my friends joined the gym and I was having some serious FOMO. I'll be honest, initially I didn't have much interest in working out, but as soon as I started seeing results that changed. I very quickly was obsessed with becoming as small as possible. Which led to a turbulent relationship with food and the gym. I was over training, and undereating. I kept getting injured. I gave up my social life. It took quite a few years to get myself out of the hole I dug myself into.
During that time I was also starting nursing school and realizing that was NOT the journey for me, and I was feeling quite lost. The gym was where I was pouring all that frustration into, it truly became my safe place. I was finally finding balance, and improving my relationship with food and the gym. I started my growth journey and I had that light bulb moment: oh I want to spend the rest of my life making sure no one else ever has to feel this way. And if they did feel that way, I want to help them realize they don't have to. Because I do know exactly what it feels like to feel so alone, and to feel like no one else understands how important your goals are to you.
You don't have to give up your life to see the physical changes you want. You don't have to avoid your favorite foods. You don't have to feel constantly in pain/ be facing injuries. You don't have to wait till your end goal to be happy. And these past 7 years I've been coaching (5 years in person, 2 plus online), I've gotten to help women realize just that.
I'm so happy you've joined us, and I can't wait to cheer you on!
Coach Kyla , Assistant Coach

Hi hi I’m Coach Ky!
My journey began with a love for sports and an active lifestyle, which I played in an 8-year volleyball career. However, my first year of college brought burnout and a series of injuries, leading me to step away from all physical activities. During this period, I struggled with my relationship with food and my health deteriorated, resulting in significant weight loss and malnourishment. In 2016, I stepped foot in the gym and was determined to regain my health and see physical progress.
Over the first several years of my journey, I went through trial and error learning what one needs to do to be successful in seeing progress. I learned how to build muscle, lose body fat, heal my relationship with food, improve my form, and enhance my overall fitness. Although I made many mistakes along the way, these experiences taught me what works best and what doesn’t.
Driven by my own journey, I became a coach to help other women navigate their fitness paths, avoiding the struggles I encountered and to pave the path for them so they can be successful on their own! During those 3 years of being a coach I’ve been able to do just that!
Let’s skip the trial and error and achieve your goals more effectively together.

I’ve always been someone who is constantly moving - sitting still in class for hours on end wasn’t my strong suit. I played soccer ever since I could practically walk and ran cross country and track in high school. I loved having an outlet to channel my energy and a way to prove to myself that I can achieve the goals I set.
In college, I missed having a routine like I had with sports, so I joined a few intramural leagues, but mainly stuck to cardio and abs when it came to the gym because that’s all I knew. Once I graduated and found myself stuck in a sedentary job, I felt lost. I had gained quite a bit of weight in college and needed to find something else that gave me the spark that running used to, since it had become a form of punishment for hating my body rather than something that used to make me feel more like myself.
I dabbled in strength training, but following workouts I found online and replicating meals that influencers were making only led to burnout. I was training every single day and not eating nearly enough to sustain feeling good throughout the day. I knew I needed some guidance.
That’s when I stumbled across Avery’s page. Within a few days, I was her client. This was the best and most pivotal decision of my life. She helped me conquer food fears, structure workouts for my specific goals, and helped me rediscover my love for movement and myself.
This sparked my passion to become a coach myself, driven to empower women to discover just how damn capable they are of achieving those goals that they have for themselves. To help them feel unstuck and how to love their bodies again, through every phase of their life.
Over the past two years I’ve helped women do just that. And not just change temporarily, but coach them to have the understanding of how to make changes on their own, so they don’t need a coach forever.
I can’t wait to see you prove to yourself that you too can change your life. And we’ll be right there with you cheering you on!
Coach Alecia, Assistant Coach
Certified Nutrition Coach, CNC
Hi! I’m Coach Alecia!
My fitness journey began 5 years ago with one singular goal: becoming the smallest version of myself. Constantly doing intense workouts and devoting years to strict dieting, believing that this was essential in order to achieve my dream body. However, I very quickly found myself constrained by an overwhelming fear of food. Socializing became a source of anxiety due to being terrified of “falling off” of my strict routine. The power food held over my life became intolerable. Eventually, I reached a plateau in my progress and realized that change was imperative.
The turning point came when I hired my first coach, who introduced me to the concept of food freedom and sustainable progress. This experience transformed my understanding of fitness, showing me that it IS possible to achieve and maintain the body you want without undergoing extreme measures.
Reflecting on how long it took me to make this life changing decision, I became determined to educate and support other women facing similar struggles. My mission as a coach is to convey the knowledge I’ve gained and empower other women on their own fitness journeys.
Let’s help you take your power back & build the body of your dreams, restriction free.

If you made it this far a little self doubt has snuck in. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to stick to it. I'm not sure I have the time for this. I'm not sure I'm ready to give up control & trust someone.
I felt all of those things TOO! And so did our girls before they joined. Feeling a little bit nervous & doubtful is part of the process.
Because new and unfamiliar is scary territory.
You've never been where you've wanted to be. And that means making decisions that your future self would be SO proud of you for. But that also means making choices & taking chances you never have before!
We can't make the decision for you, but we sure are good at holding your hand when you take the leap.
