"This is the best form of self care I could have ever given myself"
Just before starting coaching Vanessa had sat her mom down concerned about how bad her relationship with food had gotten. She was turning down social events in fear of what foods might be there. She was exhausting her body with exercise, under eating & knew she needed to change. Over the last year we've had the privilege of watching Vanessa not only heal her own relationship with health and fitness, but become an incredible member of our community supporting other women to do the same. Listen as she tells you her experience working with FreelyFit.
"I feel good in my body and I feel good in my mind"
As a previous athlete, Morgan struggled to understand why she wasn't seeing progress. Her relationship with food, exercise, and her body were in the gutter. Having been a part of FreelyFit since 2022, it has been incredible to watch Morgan's mental and physical transformation. Listen as she shares what her experience working with our team has been like.
"I realized that I couldn't just sit and wait around for things to happen"
When Grace & I were messaging back and forth, it was clear she really cared about making change. She had never worked out consistently, she didn't know how to train, wasn't eating enough & was finally ready to give herself a real chance at success. Since then, Grace has become and absolute baddie in the weights, she's eating more than ever and currently prepping for her second cut. Let her tell you about how far she's come since joining the team!
What if you looked in the mirror and THIS is how you felt
And after eating, you felt like THIS
Don't just listen to me... Let our clients tell you if it's worth it.
I know what you're thinking...
If you made it this far a little self doubt has snuck in. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to stick to it. I'm not sure I have the time for this. I'm not sure I'm ready to give up control & trust someone.
I felt all of those things TOO! And so did our girls before they joined. Feeling a little bit nervous & doubtful is part of the process.
Because new and unfamiliar is scary territory.
You've never been where you've wanted to be. And that means making decisions that your future self would be SO proud of you for. But that also means making choices & taking chances you never have before!
We can't make the decision for you, but we sure are good at holding your hand when you take the leap.
Let's be a little nervous & a little excited together.
Let's do itOur clients do really cool stuff, check it out.
While you may just want to work on your physical results, many of our girls also have goals like completing a 5 or 10k, competing in a powerlifting competition, or just having a more life forward way of exercising.
We KNOW strength training is essential for health...but we also want you to find the right balance activity so you can reach your goals AND do what you love, in a way that's right for you.
The coaches on this team aren't exclusive to weight training. Between yoga, cycling, running, hiking, we've found many ways to move that get results, for ourselves AND our clients. At FreelyFit you're not just tied to one goal, or one form of movement. Let's do cool sh*t together.
2 time 1st place powerlifting QUEEN
When Britt came in, she had goals to improve physique and confidence, growth her knowledge base as a coach herself & compete in her first powerlifting meet for her 30th birthday. Since then, we've competed & won TWICE. We've gone through 2 strength building phases as well as a deficit all while increasing her record weight. She's currently pulling 380lb on deadlifts & on the road to 400s.
She's stronger than ever, fitter than ever & a better coach than ever.
10k Tough mudder
While absolutely crushing building routines, gym consistency, better nutritional balance, job changes, travel & an awesome cut, Angela also carved out time to complete her first 10k!
1st place win & 500cal more per day
While balancing Crohn's disease, nurse life, travel & a hospitalization, Stevielynn still managed to pull a 1st place win at her powerlifting meet!
She spent the last 6 months working to increase her intake. While she's eating 500 cal more per day, she's losing both fat & inflammation while building a ton of strength!
