For one, you're not limited to a 30-90 minute session. We talk to our clients all week long & we're able to cover a much wider scope of health and fitness due to both qualifications and time.
We do limit roster space so that every client has the attention and focus of their coach.
The other major benefit is the cost differences.
On average, an in person 1 hr session is $60-100.
4 training sessions = $240-400 per week ($960-$1600/ month)
