Hey! I'm Coach Ave.
Back in 2015, as I headed off to college, I set out to redefine my relationship with my body. Fed up with feeling uncomfortable and desperate for change, I dove headfirst into the world of fitness. Let me tell you, it wasn't a smooth ride. It took me years of trial and error to build the body I had always dreamed of, rebalance my hormones, and create a lifestyle I could truly be proud of. Along the way, I faced frustration, confusion, and unfortunately caused more harm than good to my body and quality of life — a struggle I see far too often in other women.
Determined to spare you the same struggles, I made it my mission to condense time, minimize frustration, and eliminate confusion by empowering you with the knowledge and confidence I wish I had when I started.
Over the past four years, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of women just like you to heal their relationship with food, exercise, and body image, while achieving results that stand the test of time. Because let's face it, if you're investing time, effort, and money into your health, those results should last a lifetime.
I am so glad you’re here, I can’t wait to get started.Â

Hi everyone, I’m Coach Kae!
I’ve been “in the gym” for 10 years now, and truly don’t know when my love for health & fitness really started. It feels like my journey started when I was 9 & stepped foot on a softball field, then again when I was 13 & had my first experience with strength training, and again when I started going to a gym by myself at 17, and again when I was 25 & navigated unintentional weight gain for the first time in my life.. Or maybe now, at 27, while I wholeheartedly accept my body.Â
My point is.. My fitness journey has many defining points, and many moments where I’ve struggled with my body image & relationship with myself. I’ve been both 120lbs and 168lbs. I’ve been both super comfortable in my skin and uncomfortable to the point where I wish I could shed my layers. I’ve wanted to get as small as possible. I’ve wanted to get as strong as possible. Lots of time spent being unsure of what to do, what to eat, what my goals even were.. And I’m sure you’ve been in that position too, especially if you’re here, reading this.Â
But I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything – because they’ve shaped how I coach. They’ve influenced why I coach. Helping you navigate the sticky moments, beat the self sabotage (for good!), and become a self that you’re proud of is an honor that we don’t take lightly. We want you to wake up every day with the self confidence that tells you you’re capable of achieving the best relationship with food, exercise, and yourself you’ve ever had. We want you to recognize that you don’t need to spend years spinning your wheels trying to figure it all out – we’re here to support, guide and educate.Â
If that sounds like it’s up your alley.. You know what to do 🤍

Hi!! I'm coach Ciera.
In 2014 I joined the gym, because my friends joined the gym and I was having some serious FOMO. I'll be honest, initially I didn't have much interest in working out, but as soon as I started seeing results that changed. I very quickly was obsessed with becoming as small as possible. Which led to a turbulent relationship with food and the gym. I was over training, and undereating. I kept getting injured. I gave up my social life. It took quite a few years to get myself out of the hole I dug myself into.Â
During that time I was also starting nursing school and realizing that was NOT the journey for me, and I was feeling quite lost. The gym was where I was pouring all that frustration into, it truly became my safe place. I was finally finding balance, and improving my relationship with food and the gym. I started my growth journey and I had that light bulb moment: oh I want to spend the rest of my life making sure no one else ever has to feel this way. And if they did feel that way, I want to help them realize they don't have to. Because I do know exactly what it feels like to feel so alone, and to feel like no one else understands how important your goals are to you.Â
You don't have to give up your life to see the physical changes you want. You don't have to avoid your favorite foods. You don't have to feel constantly in pain/ be facing injuries. You don't have to wait till your end goal to be happy. And these past 7 years I've been coaching (5 years in person, 2 plus online), I've gotten to help women realize just that.Â
I'm so happy you've joined us, and I can't wait to cheer you on!

Hi hi I’m Coach Ky!
My journey began with a love for sports and an active lifestyle, which I played in an 8-year volleyball career. However, my first year of college brought burnout and a series of injuries, leading me to step away from all physical activities. During this period, I struggled with my relationship with food and my health deteriorated, resulting in significant weight loss and malnourishment. In 2016, I stepped foot in the gym and was determined to regain my health and see physical progress.
Over the first several years of my journey, I went through trial and error learning what one needs to do to be successful in seeing progress. I learned how to build muscle, lose body fat, heal my relationship with food, improve my form, and enhance my overall fitness. Although I made many mistakes along the way, these experiences taught me what works best and what doesn’t.
Driven by my own journey, I became a coach to help other women navigate their fitness paths, avoiding the struggles I encountered and to pave the path for them so they can be successful on their own! During those 3 years of being a coach I’ve been able to do just that!
Let’s skip the trial and error and achieve your goals more effectively together.

I’ve always been someone who is constantly moving - sitting still in class for hours on end wasn’t my strong suit. I played soccer ever since I could practically walk and ran cross country and track in high school. I loved having an outlet to channel my energy and a way to prove to myself that I can achieve the goals I set.
In college, I missed having a routine like I had with sports, so I joined a few intramural leagues, but mainly stuck to cardio and abs when it came to the gym because that’s all I knew. Once I graduated and found myself stuck in a sedentary job, I felt lost. I had gained quite a bit of weight in college and needed to find something else that gave me the spark that running used to, since it had become a form of punishment for hating my body rather than something that used to make me feel more like myself.
I dabbled in strength training, but following workouts I found online and replicating meals that influencers were making only led to burnout. I was training every single day and not eating nearly enough to sustain feeling good throughout the day. I knew I needed some guidance.
That’s when I stumbled across Avery’s page. Within a few days, I was her client. This was the best and most pivotal decision of my life. She helped me conquer food fears, structure workouts for my specific goals, and helped me rediscover my love for movement and myself.
This sparked my passion to become a coach myself, driven to empower women to discover just how damn capable they are of achieving those goals that they have for themselves. To help them feel unstuck and how to love their bodies again, through every phase of their life.
Over the past two years I’ve helped women do just that. And not just change temporarily, but coach them to have the understanding of how to make changes on their own, so they don’t need a coach forever.Â
I can’t wait to see you prove to yourself that you too can change your life. And we’ll be right there with you cheering you on!

Hi! I’m Coach Alecia!Â
My fitness journey began 5 years ago with one singular goal: becoming the smallest version of myself. Constantly doing intense workouts and devoting years to strict dieting, believing that this was essential in order to achieve my dream body. However, I very quickly found myself constrained by an overwhelming fear of food. Socializing became a source of anxiety due to being terrified of “falling off” of my strict routine. The power food held over my life became intolerable. Eventually, I reached a plateau in my progress and realized that change was imperative.
The turning point came when I hired my first coach, who introduced me to the concept of food freedom and sustainable progress. This experience transformed my understanding of fitness, showing me that it IS possible to achieve and maintain the body you want without undergoing extreme measures.Â
Reflecting on how long it took me to make this life changing decision, I became determined to educate and support other women facing similar struggles. My mission as a coach is to convey the knowledge I’ve gained and empower other women on their own fitness journeys.
Let’s help you take your power back & build the body of your dreams, restriction free.Â
